  Capacity Building Programme The Capacity Building Programme was conducted on Thursday, 5 December 2024, by the students of the English Department as part of the B.Ed curriculum, with a focus on psychology. The programme featured a creative performance art presentation centered on behaviourism, specifically highlighting B.F. Skinner’s theory of operant conditioning.  Through a blend of acting, rhythm, and symbolic movements, the performance effectively demonstrated how rewards and punishments influence behaviour, making complex psychological concepts more relatable and engaging. Following the performance, charts and visual aids were used to explain key aspects of behaviourism, Skinner’s contributions, and real-life applications of operant conditioning.
