School Induction Programme

 School Induction Programme

The School Induction Programme is an essential component of the B.Ed. curriculum that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical teaching experience. It provides student-teachers with an opportunity to observe real classroom situations, understand school functioning, and familiarize themselves with teaching methodologies, classroom management, and the roles and responsibilities of teachers. Through direct interaction with teachers, non-teaching staff, and students, the programme helps aspiring teachers develop professional skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the school environment.
