National Unity Day
“Manpower without unity is not a strength unless it is harmonized and united properly, then it becomes a spiritual power.” — Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel
National Unity Day, or Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, is celebrated every year on October 31st to honor the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the “Iron Man of India.” The day stands as a reminder of the strength that comes from unity and the importance of national integration. It encourages every Indian to work together for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the nation. Our college proudly observed National Unity Day with an official program held in the college auditorium. The event began with a warm welcome, followed by inspiring speeches that highlighted the significance of National Unity Day and the remarkable contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The speakers emphasized the importance of unity, integrity, and national pride in strengthening our country. Towards the end of the program, all participants took the Unity Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the spirit of oneness and harmony. The event served as a meaningful reminder of the values that bind us together as a nation.
